They take a long time to serve executives, they do not respect the order of the shifts, more than an hour and 20 minutes waiting for attention and there were almost no clients.

One of the worst branches to go to do some procedure or clarification, one or two executives attending and they do not know how to do the procedures, they are lazy or they just don't want to do anything, very very long waiting time and they do not give an answer, I went to the same twice process with two different advisors and none of them gave me a solution, in suc. Excellent center, they immediately resolved what they could not do in this branch
